CAVEMEN MX / LIVE SHOW VISUALS

CONCERTS · TOURS · FESTIVALS

Concert visuals for tours and festivals.

The stage tells a story, too.

We create concert visuals, motion graphics and LED screen content for live music. From song-specific sequences to 2D and 3D animation, each piece begins with the music, the artist's identity and the way the stage is built. Our studio works from Mexico with artists, creative directors and production teams around the world.

02 / WHAT WE CREATE

It's not about filling screens.

Designing concert visuals means deciding what appears on screen, when and why. We build a visual language that supports the artist's performance rather than competing with it.

01 / SONGS

Song-specific visuals

Sequences shaped around musical moments, changes in energy and the narrative of a setlist.

02 / FLEXIBLE CONTENT

Loops and transitions

Reusable sequences, openings, interludes and closing moments with a consistent visual identity.

03 / ANIMATION

Design, 2D and 3D

Animated typography, 3D environments, compositing and original motion graphics.

04 / SCREEN FORMATS

LED screen content for tours

Visual content prepared for different LED screen layouts, aspect ratios and configurations throughout a tour.

03 / FROM CONCEPT TO SCREEN

The work begins long before the first frame.

We work alongside artists, tour producers, management teams, agencies and creative directors. Sometimes we join a concept already in progress; other times, we help shape its visual direction from the first references. Planning, reviews and delivery can all take place remotely with our team in Mexico.

01 / LISTEN

Music and concept

We review the setlist, references, artistic identity and key moments.

02 / PLAN

Stage and screens

We identify resolutions, pixel maps, safe areas and playback requirements.

03 / CREATE

Design and animation

We develop the visuals, review each stage and maintain visual consistency.

04 / DELIVER

Show-ready files

We prepare the agreed formats, versions and file naming for the technical team.

04 / BUILT FOR THE STAGE

Designed for the stage. Ready for the screen.

LED screen content must fit the real setup. A tour may combine panoramic and vertical screens, or change configurations between venues. Planning versions early helps avoid awkward crops, inconsistencies and last-minute adaptations.

Formats designed for the setup

We work from the actual screen layout and the aspect ratio of each surface.

Adaptable content

We can plan versions for special dates, festivals or alternative touring configurations.

Coordination with technical teams

Content creation and screen operation are different disciplines. We align specifications with the team responsible for playback.

05 / BEFORE THE FIRST RENDER

You don't need every answer yet.

A project can begin with the artist or festival, a show date and an idea worth exploring. A setlist, stage plan, visual references and technical specifications help us understand the work, but they don't all need to be in place on day one.

06 / FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

A few things worth clarifying.

Do you create visuals for a single song or an entire show?

Both. A project may cover an opening sequence, selected songs or visual content for an entire setlist.

Do concert visuals have to be synchronized with the music?

It depends on the show. Some sequences work as loops, while others need to align with tracks, cues or specific timings. We define that with the show's playback team.

Can you work with productions outside Mexico?

Yes. We produce design, animation and post-production work from Mexico, collaborating remotely with artists and production teams around the world.

What do you need to start a concert visuals project?

A show date, an approximate setlist and a few visual references are enough for an initial conversation. Stage layouts, pixel maps, resolutions and playback specifications help define the deliverables as the project takes shape.

What determines the budget for concert visuals?

The budget depends on the number of songs and sequences, animation complexity, screen configurations and versions, available materials and the delivery schedule. We define the creative and technical scope before preparing a proposal.

Does Cavemen rent LED screens or operate visuals during the show?

Our role is to create audiovisual content. We coordinate with creative direction and the technical provider responsible for the screens and playback.

07 / THE NEXT CONVERSATION

Every show starts somewhere.

A song, a reference, a rough idea or a date on the calendar is enough to begin a conversation. We'll start by understanding what the show needs.
